This was a difficult property to sell due to the complexity of the acreage that went with the house. Fred made multiple trips to the property to enable him to be knowledgeable enough to properly market the listing. Fred or his agents had open houses every weekend and had an offer within a relatively short period of time. The follow-up with Fred and the team during escrow was impressive and I would highly recommend his services in real estate transactions.
